Worlaby is a village on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. The village hall is a modern building with laminate flooring and plenty of natural light. Its attractive recreation ground setting offers ample parking (some on hard standing).
There are two halls, a main hall (15m x 9m) and a smaller meeting room (7m x 4m) which can be booked together for larger events. There is a well-equipped kitchen, toilets and baby change facilities. Our facilities are accessible to wheelchair users.
Parties and Social Events
Are you looking for somewhere to hold a family get-together or party?
With a choice of circular or rectangular tables and comfy upholstered seats the main hall is the ideal venue for everything from weddings and wakes to christenings and children’s parties.
There’s a stage (with lighting) for any entertainment you might want to arrange and a well equipped kitchen with a serving hatch into the main hall.
Business Meetings and Conferences
Just a 10 minute drive from the A15, the Humber Bridge and M180 and less than 15 miles from Scunthorpe, Hull and Grimsby, Worlaby village hall provides a convenient rural venue for meetings and days away from the office.
The main hall is the ideal setting for larger meetings and conferences. We have comfortable chairs to seat 100 delegates, tables, a stage and a choice of room layouts. The light and airy room has blinds at the windows and plenty of power points making it a versatile and welcoming venue.
The small meeting room has a conference table which comfortably seats 12 delegates with space for additional seating theatre style.
Local Events and Fundraising
The village hall and recreation ground can be hired out to event organisers and local fundraising groups. If you have an idea for a major event that could benefit the village, why not give us a call to see how we can help.
